Finish what you started

It’s so difficult to continue that new year’s resolution. I see this all the time with my clients, I used to be the same. I would get a coach, for one month, create posts for a few months, and then stop. It took me a while for the penny to drop, to realize how valuable and extremely important it is to finish what you start. Nothing will make you realize the importance of finishing and going through something like parenting. Think about it! From breastfeeding around the clock, to sleep training, to potty training, to discipline, to answer the same question over and over again, motherhood forces us to finish or at least stay the course. This is precisely when I realized how important it was to finally finish my bachelor’s degree, something I had delayed and postponed for 12 years. Not only have I completed my degree this year, but I will have also consistently created Facebook ads and stuck to my monthly investments, along with going to yoga! Today, it’s A LOT easier to stick to my goals, to-do lists, business tasks, because I see results. This is precisely what my coaching program is all about, and you’ll hear this, from a multitude of other coaches and high-performing people, you MUST stay focused, consistent, and seriously obsessed with your goals and the things you need to do to get there. Once you change your mindset and focus from “COSTCO and Amazon gratification” and focus solely on your “long-term end goal”, things will begin to shift. For me, the biggest change I saw, was in my bank statements. I cut my credit card up, deleted my credit card from my Amazon account, and vowed to pay it off in full. A lot of this had also a lot to do with following David Ramsey’s 12 baby steps to financial freedom/becoming a millionaire. I also noticed that I had lost more weight, gained more clients, found more free time, and was a lot happier.

If you want to see better results for your life start with making some drastic decisions, cut up the credit cards (nope, you don’t need them for your credit score), and stick to a grocery budget if you can do that for more than 3 months, the rest is downhill!

If you can’t, then it’s time to start from lesson 1, get OBSESSED with your goal and make a committed decision to what your type C goal is and why you want it so much! Focus on all the pain you can remove, if you change some bad habits, if you do everything and anything to achieive that goal. I promise you, you will eventually get there, it just takes time and hard work and patience, and the results are priceless.

Nothing beats staying home with my family and making 5 figures every month! NOTHING! Imagine the possibilities…
